Directions: Step 1: Prepare ½ cup of your preferred oatmeal according to its instructions. We recommend avoiding instant (60-second) oatmeal for texture reasons. Do not add Protein4Oats to oats before cooking. Step 2: After your oatmeal is cooked to your liking, stir in ¼ cup of Protein4Oats powder.
